Are you a Fashion Victim

 Are you a fashion Victim

Fashion is very important. It is life-enhancing and, like everything that gives pleasure, it is worth doing well.” Mind it Worth doing well.Being Fashionable is very different from fashion victim.

A fashion victim is an individual who obeys fads and trends in color, design, print and silhouette. They just duplicate an outfit straight from the ramp without any consideration for how they look in the trendy pieces..They are the people who are not buying clothes in fact want to acquire “brand name”.

Not every trend looks good on every person, and no one can successfully pull off every trend. In order to avoid becoming a fashion victim, you must learn to develop your own sense of style, and you must also accept that some clothes look good on you while others do not. Moreover  one has to learn various ways to convert any style into their own style . Here are few tips how to do this:

·  Identify the detailing of designer outfit and opt for those details only which are suitable for you. One need not to copy model from head to toe.

· Keep your body shape, personal color, personal style and lifestyle in mind before picking any runway piece.

·        Know your sizes. Take your precise measurements and compare them against a brand or store’s sizing chart.

·  Try on clothes in a dressing room before you purchase them. Study yourself in the dressing room’s full-length mirror until you have a clear opinion of how it looks

Wear clothing that fits the occasion. Not every trend works for every setting and venue.

What to avoid:

·  Do not have too many layers of accessories. Stick with one or two key accessories

·  Avoid clothing that highlights your problem areas. A frilly-tiered skirt may look nice on a thin woman with a rectangular body type, but it will only draw unwanted attention to the legs of a pear shaped woman with larger thighs

· Showing too much skin is an absolute no no.

We all know, fashions fade,Don't be into trends. Don't make fashion own you, but you decide what you are, what you want to express by the way you dress and the way to live because style is eternal.

The project at hand was critical, with looming deadlines and mounting pressure, yet progress had stalled. A seasoned CEO, observing the discord, calmly addressed the room. Instead of offering direct solutions, he shared a story from ancient Indian wisdom that would shift their perspectives. "Back in the Vedic Era," he began, "leaders weren’t just strategists; they were mentors, guiding their people through more than just tasks—they guided through values, communication, and respect. Take the example of Guru Brihaspati, the revered teacher of the gods. His guidance wasn’t about asserting power; it was about understanding, listening, and fostering unity. When the gods faced turmoil, Brihaspati emphasized dialogue, empathy, and shared responsibility to resolve conflicts. It wasn’t hi...
