The way one dance, emotions, expressions and choice of song  reveals a lot about feelings and relationship with new couple. Sangeet and dance give a new meaning to wedding celebration and festivities. Also, the wedding dance is an opportunity for the couples' families to bond, celebrate and embark a fresh start for new journey.

Dancing the night away with all of your loved ones is sure to be a memorable part of your wedding. A full dance floor at a wedding is the ultimate indicator of a great party and family reunion. We need to ensure that everyone will be up on their feet and having a good time. let’s ace sangeet event with these simple tips:

1. Make a list of people who all are willing to  perform at your wedding and have a note of total number of performances.

2.Next step is to put them in different categories like  group, solo and couple  so that it becomes easier to plan different types of performances , choreography and can set dance flow and schedule.

3.Wedding day music is something that each couple should personalize for themselves. Songs can be from any era or style. What makes people joyful and get them in a dancing mood is of utmost importance. Make sure to have your people dancing to songs that keep up with their relationship that they have with you.

4. Choreography should be simple, easily doable and not too difficult to memorize. Consider not everyone is a good dancer or comfortable in performing in front of lots of people.

5. Decide about the size of the stage, lights, sound system, graphics and extra effects well in advance for flawless performances.

6.Rehearse as much as possible. It would be the best if you rehearse on the wedding stage where you're actually going to perform. You can even keep memorizing and visualizing your steps whilst you're at your chores.

7.First Dance/ opening dance and performance should be chosen smartly as it sets the mood of the event. It must be the couple's favorite and also reflect their love, emotions as well as the theme of that night. Keep your first dance short and sweet. Guests and a couple should both enjoy it .

8.Last Dance: Once the first dance, parents dance, and all other special dances have been performed, play an upbeat song for the rest of your wedding party. Open the dance floor and invite everyone to dance. It creates an enjoyable environment.

For the last dance of the evening, the couple may choose an upbeat song that will have everyone singing along and  appropriately close out their event. The anniversary dance, also known as the bouquet dance, is a sweet tradition that some couples choose to include as the last dance where all of the couples in the room are invited to the dance floor, as a slow, romantic song is played.

As a matter of fact, preparing wedding dance performances can be a bit tedious and tiresome for  all, however the couple's positive attitude will rub off. The guests will be more pumped to party with the newlyweds if they see the happy pair on the dance floor. Relax and enjoy your dance: In the end, all you need to do is have fun. So, relax, smile, be in the present and just enjoy your day.
