Calories Care

Calories Care

A healthy diet is not only important for weight loss and weight management rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, stabilizing your mood, and keeping yourself as healthy as possibleEating healthy can also reduce the risk of certain diseases, such as diabetes and heart disease. Healthy eating is not about strict nutrition philosophies and calories count  every time, achieving size zero, or depriving yourself of the foods you love but it is all about consuming  food in right manner , right time and in right quantity.

Healthy eating tip 1: Set yourself up for success

To set yourself up for success, think about planning a healthy diet as a number of small, manageable steps rather than one big drastic change. If you approach the changes as per your lifestyle, activity level and with commitment, gradually you will be able to follow healthy diet sooner than you think.

Healthy eating tip 2: balancing portion

Balancing portion means eating far less of the unhealthy stuff (unrefined sugar, saturated fat, for example) and more of the healthy (such as fresh fruit and vegetables). But it doesn't mean eliminating the foods you love. It means eating less than we do now “It is being aware of how much food you are actually eating and what calories are in that serving.”

Healthy eating tip 3: Fill up on colorful fruits and vegetables

Fruits and vegetables are the foundation of a healthy diet. They are low in calories and nutrient dense, which means they are packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber. Try to eat a rainbow of fruits and vegetables every day and with every meal—the brighter the better. Add fruits to your breakfast and evening munch and salad and soups with your lunch and dinner. Different colors provide different benefits, so eat a variety and achieve a balance in diet.

Healthy eating tip 4: Cut and add

Limit sugar and salt and add whole grain: Eat naturally food such as fruit, peppers, or  peanut without adding salt, sugar or any type of seasoning. Try slowly reducing the salt in your diet to give your taste buds time to adjust. Introduce whole grains, beans, fruits, and vegetables. This stuff will make you feel full longer and keeping blood sugar and insulin levels stable. Add calcium, protein in diet for beautiful skin, bright eyes and strong bones.

Just learn some nutrition basics and use them in a way that works for you. You can expand your range of healthy food choices and learn how to plan ahead to create and maintain a tasty, healthy diet. The good news is that with a little practice, diet management is easy to do and can help people be successful in reaching and then maintaining a proper weight, beautiful body and healthy life.
